The Annual Meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 23 at 7pm. Ballots have been mailed out to all eligible voters and include three separate items for you to vote on:
1. Election of officers and directors
2. Bylaw changes
3. Hopkins program continuation
Please be sure to read all of the materials and complete all three of the ballots. When you are done, please put them all in the enclosed envelope and sign the back (please also print your name if you don't sign legibly). Your envelope will be returned to you the night of the meeting if you are in attendance. If you choose not to mail in your ballots, please remember to bring them the night of the meeting.
